I was silly not to read the reviews before purchasing. I have emailed the app developers to request a refund, as the app clearly has failed its purchasers/users. The developers should refund their money.
Really a waste of money

Don't waste your money. I've even contacted support and it can't even record my own heartbeats.

It's the same as recording audio with your phone. Don't waste money. I contacted their support team and the help they give you is to follow their tutorial, which basically says to be at a quite place, disconnect any headphone, take out the case and press the mic against your belly. Again, it doesn't even record your own heartbeat!
