The first time i ordered was great, the second time, not so much!

My first order was great, shipped after a day, delivered in the same week.
But my second order... I don't what happened. Its been almost 11 days since i placed my order and it is yet to be delivered.
What's bothering me this time is i paid almost 1000 SR, and this is how my order is handled?
I don't know if it's you guys (the app) or Aramex, but one thing for sure, i will not buy again (unless you add other delivery options such as DHL).

It is the perfect app. Prices of items are affordable and reasonable. Sizes of clothes are up to the mark as given. Quality of shipment is precise and on time and is done the next day itself. Would always shop online from the app<3

1. Timings unreliable - delivery and pick up for anything to be returned.
2. Be careful - credit card purchases are automatically added to store credit unless the amount purchased on ur credit card is more than the value of the store credit! With small purchases, in time, this adds up and your store credit grows and grows so large it is impossible to actually get a money refund!
3. Agents were not well versed with their own policies and some barely speak English!
