Waste of money!! Don’t bother! I warned u...

Extremely poor quality items! Extremely bad customer service..! Don’t bother to try them please.. complete waste of money.. items received in bad state-crushed boxes, damaged items, rusted- when u raise a complain within the week frame they still don’t consider it or else You have to pay for the pick up of the damaged items which is higher than the price of the items itself... ! Worst online shopping experience ever!
Poor Customer Service & Mostly Poor Quality

Purchased various products from this app a couple of them turned out to be OK but overall their customer service is not impressive at all, I purchased an extension, when I used it it burnt my carpet and curtain as I dint realize that the wire had molten by the time the smoke had started to appear, post that there was no apology from this app they just paid back nothing else, zero courtesy, there were no warnings or guidelines on the product.

Very bad company, very bad quality and when i wanted to return item because of the bad quality they wanted to charge me for transfer which was more than product price. Even i spoke to the manager, he was very rude and not helpful his name is Steph. I will delete the account and app and i will never ever use it again and i will ask my friends to stop using it. By the way all your offers are fake to get traffic.. shame on this app!!

I have a really bad experience from this app, I ordered 2 iPhone 1 tablet knowing that these cells are refurbished yet I made this mistake, Upon receiving I came to know one iPhone doesn’t turn on 2nd also has touch screen issue after this I called them for not less then 100 times but they were playing with me and tried to pass it’s warranty period of 7 days money back, And after 7 days they said you can’t get your money back but we’ll replace the iPhone they replaced one but sent me the same again which stopped working after 1 month almost, After 3 months of this purchase I went back home and then I knew the tablet has no internet connection capability... Keep purchasing sh..
