Download and install the Rapido: Bike-Taxi, Auto & Cabs app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Rapido"

- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Very bad experience with Service

I had a very bad experience with service while tried to book my first ride. Upon ride confirmation Bike Taxi captain called my mobile and informed me to cancel the ride as he has some personal work to complete in Bank within salt lake area then he can able to attend the service. I requested him to complete his ride as he has accepted the request then he can complete his personal work. But he refused to do so. I call the emergency number with my experience but shockingly respected person suggested to me to cancel my ride and look for another. My question is how they are allowing to do personal work while he is on duty then why you are serving people??? This is not a professional attitude. I have cancelled my ride and provide my feedback but I didn’t get any responses from this platform. What a service.. !!!!!

I’ve been blocked from the app. I contacted support for this and I haven’t got any reply from them, and I’m still blocked, but I’ve been using this from another number and the service has been great. I’m only disappointed with the customer support.

Thanks this app for great work. Please insist that captains must wear helmet and also insist passenger to wear helmet. If passenger not interested to wear helmet, captain should have right to cancel the ride. While booking itself, alert passenger that helmet is mandatory.
