Double check your bank statements! They took money from me!!

I have screenshots of all the different transactions and what was deposited onto my account. I’m a Black tier member on here and when I asked them about the transactions they decided to suspend my account so that they can have a better look at it. And thank god I took screenshots of what was deposited into my account otherwise they probably would’ve tried to make some excuse on what happened. Over 1100 was taken from 4 of my different debit cards. They were all unauthorized and even on days that I didn’t make any deposits on my Skillz account. And they still have not got back to me about any status or anything. Like I loved having a Skillz account and loved playing these games, as hence I’m a black tier member.. and of this is how they treat their black tier members... might as well just give away your money to these guys. Other wise they will take it when you’re not even paying attention. So PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH SKILLZ. BECAUSE THEY MADE UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND SUSPENDED MY ACCOUT AND REFUSED TO EVEN RESPOND TO ME AFTER I ASKED ABOUT IT!!! If you guys need me to send you guys proof let me know

I like this game a lot and I play it almost religiously every day. It’s a nice throw back to the original the app Blaster arcade and it isn’t a pay to win game. You receive free “Z Coins” in the beginning to use and hopefully you win more, but if you struggle you can always get more free coins.
Now with all that being said, there is absolutely no consistency with this game at all. I have shot two bubbles in the same direction and angle, with both bubbles going to the same exact spot between two other bubbles. The first the app will go between the other two and the second the app shot will not go between the other two. Why? Sometimes a the app will be shot and the shift of all the other bubbles will happen at the same time and send the the app shot to a different spot. I have had the bubbles shift, I shoot two bubbles and the shift happens again. I will get colors of bubbles that aren’t needed, like getting 5 or 6 green in a row when I don’t even need green!

Fun but frustrating

The game itself is fun and addicting BUT the Skillz tournament part of it is super frustrating! The way the games are matched ensure that you'll never be up enough to actually withdraw a good winning. I've been playing Skillz tournaments for two years and have deposited more than $300 (stupid I know) and have yet to withdraw a dime! My current balance is just some cents and not enough to play a match. The most frustrating part of it is that I have pending match in this game that was supposed to be cancelled and entry fee refunded two days ago when the app updated and has yet to be done. 😡 I assume they're holding off so people like myself will deposit more money so they can actually play the updated version. I've sent support messages regarding this but still haven't been cancelled.

BBB (Better business bureau) gave skillz a Rating of D this should say something...
Horrible custom service. I attempted to withdrawal my money I won I had won only $50 but they came at me with this RANDOM account review saying I need to record myself playing the game for hours 10-20 CASH match’s just to get my money back... They want me to risk losing my money just so I’m able to withdrawal it.... that’s insane.
But it doesn’t end there!
My mom shares my device with but we have separate accounts and they sent her the same message! That is theft! They won’t let her withdrawal her $300 in winnings without recording herself playing ether!! Again 10-20 games risking her money... (they said they had to be cash games) sounds like to me this is a big scam and they only let some people withdrawal... messed up...
And I do not own a web cam so they told me I have to buy one.... again just to get my money back... at this point I don’t even care I just want nothing to do with this game. I love playing but this is not acceptable. There is nothing that says I will have to record myself playing for hours to withdrawal when I signed up...
