Very disappointed

I had Kaspersky for our virus protection and after learning about VPNs decided to go with their VPN all on both of our iPhones and iPads. The VPN fails to the app the connection on my iPad 80% of the time and when it does manage to the app it, it’ll loose it 90% of the time within 2-3 minutes. This is even while sitting at home on my own wifi. It will also interfere with sending emails on a regular occasion which is very aggravating. After contacting Kaspersky about the email issue I was advised to change the setting for where the VPN is being set up, i.e. another country. I’ve done this, but it doesn’t always work so if it blocks an email I end up turning off the VPN, which will then allow the email to be sent, then hope it will turn back on again. I find it extremely unreliable.
This VPN App is great - but ...

This IS a great app....but like most “free” apps , it can run out just when you need it. I am too cheap to pay $12 a month for the upgrsde - but I do use Kaspersky Labs’ “Total Security” on all my PCs, including all those that I build for others. I trust them to be the best and they are. I would like to see Kaspersky Labs provide more tools in their antivirus apps. For examples: An Adware remover, registry fix, malware remover, and a few other slick maintenance programs everyone needs at times, but knows if they try the download-for-freebies abailable online, they will be swamped with adware, trackers, and hackers trying to steal and sell off every keystroke. The difference in getting a Kaspersky tool would be stress-free because I already trust Kaspersky. It would be so good to just select those services from someone you already know and have confidence in. I may seem gullible - but they have been my choice for protection software “exclusively” for over 10 years -?and their products have never let me down.

Really Kaspersky has proven to be best in all the inventions and innovations.. the moment I learnt about this vpn I knew the real breakthrough has come and amazingly they proved above what I expected.. frankly if there is an option to rate this app above 5 star I will gladly rate them 200+ stars
Awesome...when I can use it

Love the added security it provides..... When it wants to work, when I first use my device after it’s been sleep mode for the night I get notifications telling me the app can not the app the connection please try again later. I end up having to restart the device before a the app connection can be established again.
