App not working

The app is not compatible for the Samsung Note 8. When you add the device it does not stay saved. It will work for a few minutes and then delete the device like it was never added. And when you try to add it back it won’t save. You have to uninstall the app and download it again and start all over. An update needs to be done ASAP to fix the problem because I need the app on the Samsung Note 8.

App crashes after 2 minutes of using play back. I have iPhone XR. It is not reliable and it’s a very frustrating app to use. Can’t use playback because before You get to your set mark, the app crashes. I hope I can get my money back, I have 8 cameras....

Need to fix bugs in app 1.crashes all the time when playback occurs 2.cant really leave the HD from set up 3.fast forwarding it glishs bad PLEASE FIX OR ILL BE BUYING ANOTHER CCTV SYSTEM THAT CAN DO THE REAL JOB
Stopped working with upgraded iOS
