Started Great , But ...

This app was amazing at first. I had another app similar to this one , the app IL. But then I found this app and I like it better because of the different features it has , like darker mode. I downloaded it and I downloaded some songs and videos and made sure it was cached so I could watch it offline. I was at school and I played music offline while doing class work. I exited out of the app and I opened it again after a while. I tried playing some music but it seemed like it wasn’t cached or downloaded. It didn’t want to play at all. I had the same problem with the the app IL App and so I decided to switch to this one. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I downloaded all the same music and videos again but I still had the same problem. I’m trying to find ways I fix the problem but nothing is working. I’m contemplating whether to use a different music app or stick with this. I really don’t want to use another app , I absolutely love this one. Any way I could fix the problem ?

It’s good but...

My friend actually recommended this app to me and since, I have been recommending this app to everyone because I think it’s a really good app for playing music for free. But there’s this problem I can’t seem to figure out the solution to ending it. So when I download and cached my songs, and it plays for weeks (even many months) without wifi, like all of a sudden, I have to re-cache ALL my downloaded songs and it’s just a pain. Sometimes it goes weeks without me having to re-cache each songs, sometimes months. I told my friend about it, but she said it doesn’t happen to her. Idk if it’s just me, or it’s in the system or whatever. I need it to stop because it’s not fun Having to re-cache each song over and over.

I donor know if it’s just bugs with the new iOS or if this app needs an update, but can you fix the problem. Every time I exit the app it stops playing. Last iOS when I left the app all it did was pause for a millisecond and resume playing, but whenever I turned my phone off when I was on the app it would pause till I had to manually turn it back on and push play. That got a little tiring but at least the music would keep playing till I was done. Now that I got a new iOS update I can’t leave it playing for a whole song anymore, cause after the 3rd or 4th song the control pad for the song indicating to push next or previous song disappears and I would have to go back on to the app and wait for the constant adds to end and then do it again, and I have yet to stop experiencing this same technical problem. Please just fix this I promise you definitely deserve a 5 star maybe even 10 if it were possible but this is what’s killing my rating for you please.

For me it works always and as i see the issues the others are mentioning, they can be fixed by you there is nothing wrong with that an i might share some tips with u. Firstly it doesnt open right away, u have to watch an ad so that u can enjoy the rest of the time.
If sometimes u cant open the app is because ur wifi is low and it can not open the ad, so for that u have to turn the wifi off and then continoue.
The only problem i am dealing with(which i know i can fix that too, some of my friends told me kinda how to do it but i didnt listened to them well) is cached songs not being able to play them without wifi, sometimes bcuz sometimes i can but i need to figure it out. So yeah thanks and enjoy it.
