Good concept with poor design and implementation

I tried this app to split up a 32MB the app. This program doesn’t process the file locally. Instead, it uploads a file to the developers’ service to be processed, and then downloads the results. This design comprises the privacy and security of of sensitive documents, and wastes time sending the document to the cloud for processing. It also fails to upload a large the app, essentially making it worthless for anything but reading the large document locally. Attempting to compress the file immediately returns an error without doing anything. The error has a typo ‘Internet coonection problem.’ The concept for this product is good, but until the product processes files locally and can handle large files, it is a fail.

First of all, this app freeze a lot! Second it’s not free but you have to pay a monthly fee of $10! Ok I don’t mind paying my money for good service, but they ask you to pay after you spend all that time to upload! Pretty much they took you files as hostages, bad business practice. Just tell people up front how much it cost, instead making people do the work then hold it until they paid!

This app costs a minimum of $10 per month to use. It is NOT free, and they won’t tell you until after you have uploaded your documents. There are countless 5 star reviews using all the exact same words/phrases from supposedly separate users. The owners of this app are clearly trying to overcompensate for the negative actual user reviews. Wish I’d bothered to read them first.
