No way to contact customer support team, 518 is a phony number and no response after over a month of emails. Unauthorized charge to my account and still haven’t been able to contact anyone.

What the point of this app when you want to have access to all the tools , you still need to sign in again 2 or 3 to different browsers outside the app . This is the most useless app . I’m new with the academy and this is the first thing I was checking . Horrible, useless , confusing Rene

I have been waiting for days to have access to my account that I paid for. And the IT department has not relied to my tickets or concerns in the back office. Don’t buy something that you won’t even get access to. It’s not worth your time.
