- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.

A little tricky to connect but great customer service

I bought a $3 USA SIM to test out before a trip to Europe. The price for data is good and there are lots of options for making phone calls and texting that will work with the this app SIM (we are using Signal and will likely send iMessages using our email addresses...will remove our ATT SIM). That said, I had a few problems. First, although this app has a fairly decent installation guide with screenshots, it’s not easily accessible. I spent 30 minutes googling for help before I found it linked from a third party reviewer. Second, once activated, cell service may take several minutes to connect. This caused me to think the SIM wasn’t working. Granted, I live in a neighborhood with poor cell service, but I can generally connect to ATT. What I found is that this SIM, if set to Automatic, kept trying to connect to TMobile. Once I set it to connect through ATT, which has the nearest cell tower, it worked just fine. I don’t know what this means while traveling. Even in a nearby town where I get 5 bars on ATT, there was still a lag between turning on the SIM and actually getting a connection. Once it did connect, the speed was quite good. I corresponded with Customer Service several times and they always wrote back quickly, sometimes within minutes.

Great service. I am currently using this service while travelling in the UK, and the rates charged by this app are very affordable, and the service has also been very reliable for me. I wish that this service would also work on an iPad in addition to an iPhone, but I understand why it doesn’t (iPads use Apple SIMs instead of eSIM). But if this ever became available on the iPad, I would definitely use it there too. One quick wood of caution: this app appears to be based in Singapore, so if your card charges a foreign transaction fee, this is something to be aware of. I couldn’t find this information anywhere online, and I had a different card I would have used if I had known that.
So far this app and service are amazing!

I installed this and purchased a 1 Gb, 7 day, USA esim to test with. It is very easy to install the app and understand how it works. The process to switch from one esim to another couldn’t be easier and within 10 seconds your new carrier is in service. I’ve tried just about every roaming sim service out there over the years, and this is the best I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and drop $3 on this for a test if you travel internationally and hate paying carrier rates or hunting for a bargain local sim and dealing with that mess. Customer Service responded to my questions quickly on a Sunday!

Stellar product. Used it in the US recently. It used to route data through Europe for that, but now I get a local IP and accordingly a very low latency connection, perfect for VoIP calls and everything else. Make sure to set the correct APN, the iPhone got the preset wrong in my case!
