DOUBLE/TRIPLE BURNED!

I have tried every version of this program and have tried writing the "Outfit" who made this application and they don't respond. Please note the *** in the paragraph below. This is what happened to me. Look at the other reviewers opinions and take heed. ALL OF THE APPLICATIONS THAT THIS OUTFIT MAKES WILL NOT DOWNLOAD THE DATABASES PAID FOR. They are now pushing a NEW the app program on their website. I clicked the GET IT NOW button and discovered that it is another version that I already purchased sometime ago. Guess what? It won't download the promised database, not even Simple English. Personally, I am going to see if Apple will remove Avocado Hills from the Store. Please join us in getting rid of worthless scammers in the Apple Store? ***Be careful not to complain too much as the will cut you off. It happened to me the day after I complained about nag-screens. The next day, my program stopped working. I downloaded version 2 and found even more problems. See my rating there and note the "36 years remaining in download time."

I love this app !!! It is nice to have an Encyclopedia that does not use data every time you use it. It has been reliable with no problems and good support. Money well spent for a tool used daily. Uses about 3 1/2 GB on your mobile device, so take that into consideration. It takes a while to download I had to try five times because files are large but when you get it WOW it is super. I highly recommend it. — 👎👎👎😕 Up date,, I've bought this app about 2 or 3 years ago for $9.99 have used it a lot, but now I went to use it last week and it vanished, the app went back to chose a language , so I began to re download it. It will not download . I guess they QUIT ... Save your money, this app don't work anymore!!!!!

Worked well for a while, then would not allow access, couldn't even update. I am trying it again, even though I never got a response when I asked for help. One more time I will pay for it, then I will "blow it off if further problems!!". Russ in N J I love the re-installation, I can now also go to the web 'the app, when at a wifi location to get further information. If this continues to work -- For now, A 5 star rating!!!
