Fun but lost everything

This is a great fun fast game. Nice colors and easy to play. I had been playing it for years, but Recently I opened it to play and all my data had been lost. I tried to login to Facebook to see if it would recover my years of game time, but it did not. My friends who also play have lost everything. Luckily I never spent real money on it, but it's disappointing to loose everything.
I hope I am misunderstanding something....

I am experiencing several difficulties with the game.....Perhaps more importantly, it appears no one has posted here. Please respond if you exist. If not I will contact Apple directly. I certainly do not wish to criticize your company if the problem is an error on either of our parts.

I’ve enjoyed this game for years. There are so many levels and variables. Game has a few glitches. A level is won when the key is struck with a ball. On a few levels the game continues even when the key has been hit and disappears if it’s not hit at the correct angle
