Ruined it

I am the IT director for my company, so I know a bit about software. This WAS a great game, but each update ruins it more & more.
A year or so ago they completely changed the user interface, totally altering the entire experience for anyone who had been enjoying the game for years! I loved the original interface and cherished the memories of playing the game with my son who passed away from cancer.
A more recent update totally screwed up the sound! The volume of the game is now controlled by the RINGER volume and NOT by the normal phone sound volume!! (iPhones have 2 separate volume controls, one for the ringer and a second volume control for everything else, like music, videos, GAMES, etc.)
Now if I want to play the game silently, I have to mute or turn down my ringer. But then I forget to turn my ringer back on so that I miss calls or texts. Stupid!
I still play this game in memory of my son, but I am continually disappointed in how the developers keep degrading the game.

Great games

I've been playing this game for over a year now. I LOVE the variety of games and difficulty levels. The only drawback has been the size of the cards for the screen. When I get a long chain of cards--in 40 Thieves, for example-- I have to constantly slide the view window up and down to see what I'm doing.

Please offer size adjustment (as mentioned above. A few more games would be great, too. Games I'd like to see are Miss Milligan, Calculation, and an easier La Belle Lucie (with one free draw).

One huge drawback

I greatly enjoy the new interface. I was even considering buying the full version. But there’s one huge issue for me that I can’t get past. When an ad plays (between almost every game) it almost always has audio. I have all sound disabled in the game, because I want silence. Even if the phone is in vibrate mode (no sound) the ad still puts out audio. I hesitate paying for the game, which I acknowledge will remove the ads, when the company ignores my personal settings. And the contact link in the game doesn’t work, so I can’t tell them directly.

Change not for the better

Playing this game for 7 years or so and the changes they just made are horrible, at least for the players. Bad ergonomics and a horrible rash of 10-15 second commercials that could be just as effective in 2. They also hide the icon to exit, so when the bloody thing is over you have to tap over and over to get back to the game....if you can find it. I think I am close to done after over 20k total games over those years. It’s giving me a headache.
