When I try to watch the video for 500 free coins, the entire game closes out and I have to restart each time. Same problem with doubling your coins. Recent problems in the last 2 weeks. Need solution!!!

Like game but some problems

I like this game because it has so many different games. I did have a problem with losing all my credits and games (which I had purchased with my own cash) . This happened after an updated. After contacting the company twice I was able to get my credits and most of the games back. There could be alot of improvement in the system such as giving credits for VIP points because after you have opened all the games they are useless. I also have to purchase credits with cash because I seem to run out so often. Said I wouldn't purchase any more but this game is more fun than any others I have so I keep doing it!! Do enjoy playing it alot but needs some more benefits to the player.

Like the old game better. Having problems getting into game on IPhone. Purchased 9.99 worth of coins and game flashed for one minute saying there were billing problems try later. I tried later and it said order had been accepted but then flashed payment for 262,000 coins which mean they double billed me. I need this corrected and both. Purchases cancelled so I can remove game from my phone.
