App isn’t working

After updating this app I attempted to open up the app lock and entered my password and all I get is a blank white screen. How am I suppose to get all my pictures and videos back. These updates always have issues..This is not the first time this has happened but I thought it was my phone. So I uninstalled but gave it another chance months later. This app is a piece of garbage I paid to upgrade and I lost everything Save your money, time and not get aggravated and go with a different app because this one is @&$%#^*€><|%££....if I could rate this app -1000 I would..it sure do t deserve the 1 rating I am force to choose.

Not sure what happened. I opened the app today and signed up for the free trial. Then when I tried moving some photos it said it was "syncing" and I hit "ok" and nothing happened. I closed out of the app and re-opened it. A calculator screen came up, but I can't access my photos. I have Touch ID enabled, but it doesn't prompt me for that. I enter my password, but that doesn't work either. Please help me figure out how to fix this and I can happily change my review to 5 stars. Thanks!

You SELL a app on iPhone old platform for money and don’t continue to service it!!! Apple is no better for allowing it. THEN IOS11 (crap) comes out and people update with no warning app will no longer work. Apple say contact app developer...WHY THAT IS APPLES JOB!!! Contacted app developer and get upgrade to subscription for 28$!!! WHY SO YOU CAN TAKE IT ALSO WITH THE FIRST MONEY I GAVE YOU!!!! People have lost valuable things to app developer and apples (no follow thru) practices. Just take the money and go!!! If I ran my business that way I be out of business!! WARNING DONT BUY OR WORK WITH THIS APP DEVELOPER!!

I’ve had this app for years happily.. Then updated my phone two months ago and this app stopped working completely. I PAID for this app. When I try to open it says the developer needs to update the app.. I emailed him twice with NO response at ALL. I lost many private photos AND private videos accumulated over years.. And now their selling another on that looks just like the old app pic? Get da &$#% outta here.. I want my data.. I would even pay to get it back.. SOOOO???? What ?????
