    I LOVE LOVE LOVE the the app program! I have lost a lot of weight and get TONS of support from others also on their weight loss journey. However, the app needs work. Every time I try to read an article, I get kicked out of the app and that is so frustrating because there are awesome tips in there! I never really got the results I was expecting as fast as I expected them, but how I know the reason and it's in the app setup! I paid for the premium version to ask a coach why I wasn't losing and They are EXTREMELY helpful! But, I didn't know that if you don't sign up on the ACTUAL website from a tablet or computer, your default settings thinks you're a man and when it comes to weight loss as a woman, this will WILL hinder your weight loss. You can't even see it from the app, you have to go to the website to change it because it gives you your personalized calorie count based on height, weight, gender... and a mans is 300 calories more a day than a woman's; so if you don't know, you're eating too much and won't see the results you hoped for! Like I said, LOVE LOVE LOVE the program but not the app so much! Please fix the article glitch and I'll change it to 4 stars!

    I really like the concept of this app and it's pretty easy to use. I wish it was even easier to use by being able easily upload nutritional information from restaurants webpages into the app. At the moment, I have to sit down and manually add each nutritional fact from their website into a new template. It would also be great to be able to create a recipe without having to figure out my own nutritional facts. ..if I enter 1c milk, 1/2 medium banana, and 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats as a single smoothie recipe, it would be nice to have the nutritional information updated automatically for that recipe rather than having to input each ingredient as a separate item on my daily meal. Tracking calories is already frustrating and time consuming and cut out seconds to minutes of time for each meal input makes for a better and better experience and will keep me WANTING to use this app in the future.
  • Used to be awesome, ads took over

    I have been using the app for almost ten years, first the website, then the app. I had a great experience until several months ago when the annoying pop up ads began taking over. It used to have ads that showed I'm the screen but didn't interfere with your use. Now, every time you enter a food or exercise, a pop up ad covers the entire screen, often with a difficult-to-find close button. Since I enter about 15-20 foods and 1 exercise every day, this is extremely frustrating to use. The worst part is, in the last few weeks, the pop-ups have become videos which last for 15 seconds and cannot be closed or skipped. The app developers are basically forcing you to pay the expensive subscription fee if you want to use this app easily. Go back to the old method of advertising with an ad built into the screen, or I will definitely be finding another service.

    I use this app multiple times daily and it’s helped me track my food intake. It offers a range of calories for my calorie goal, which makes it easier for me to vary my daily meals. I also look at the macros and try to meet my goals there. It offers a range for that too on my goals. This helps me keep an eye on making sure I get an appropriate amount of my my carbs, fats, & protein. There is a list of vitamins and nutrients I watch and try to get those to my goal too. This helps keep my diet balanced. There is an option to sync the Apple Watch that I use. I don’t use the option to add the exercises I do manually in this app, because it does read the active calories from the Apple Watch. This helps me feel confident I’ve got a good idea of how many calories were burned actively in my day, which alters the amount my range of calories I should eat in this app. I feel as though this app is a great tool to use in my quest for a healthier lifestyle and body.
