    Nothin but straight burn. Feel it!!! Feel the burn!!!!! The casual will warm u up for a good week or two and then you can step it up a notch to moderate when your core gets use to casual. Moderate gives you an extension of longer strides to your core. Stick to moderate for 2 1/2 weeks an then u can step it up to intense. Now intense is only for a strong and powerful core that can go the distance. Pace yourself and drink water during some your rest time. When your done I advise you to drink a gatorade 03 recovery shake 30-60 minutes after your workout. It will cool you down and help repair, restore, and build muscle.

    This app looks like something that I can do on a daily basis. I'm starting at the beginning level and in that level there was only one exercise that I was unable to do it this time. The app seems to be primarily geared toward young strong people. I find it very difficult to locate apps that include people who are middle-aged and who are trying to get fit again. That's my only criticism. To the app creator: how about being more sensitive to the needs of people past 20 years old.

    Started with the beginner workout. I am burning! Short workouts help because they are all you need. I always have ten extra minutes to work the abs. I love the video that comes with the workout to make certain you are doing the exercises correctly.
  • Basic ab app

    This app is two things: 1) a set of videos that demonstrate how to do eight-or-so the app exercises, and 2) a timer that tells you what exercises to do and for how long. There are also videos embedded in the timer to remind you how to do the exercises - which is a great feature if you're at home. It's not so good if you plan on taking your iPad to the gym. Overall, it's an okay ap, as long as you don't expect too much, and as long as it's free.
