Nice for drivers, poor client service

- It’s almost impossible to get a car without manually increasing the price. Default surge is calculated poorly, and every time you have to guess what’s the price that will satisfy a driver, if any - You can’t see if there are any cars around when placing an order, and thus don’t know an estimate for pickup before the driver actually takes your order - Many drivers have tracking disabled, you can’t see where they are on the map, and thus don’t know when to meet the driver. Default estimate for pick up time is often wrong + There are a couple of options that competitors don’t have just yet

I use this app every time when I visit Ukraine and need a ride. So fast, easy and convenient! Always having two kids with me I save my time and lots of efforts to get us to any place safely and affordable.
The last app design is terrible

I’m using this app for few years and i want to say that the last design of the app is absolutely terrible. Quite often i need to order taxi for my son or my parents remotely and it was ok with previous app, but new app try stick to my current location even if i’m abroad and do not allow me to order from one point in Kyiv to another point in Kyiv. So, please, change it or i need to switch to another service just because of stupid new app.
Very useful, Best app for a foreigner in Ukraine.

This is a great app for foreigners. Just make sure you get the English version. All of the streets are in the memory of this app, so it is very easy and convenient to use. This is much cheaper than finding a taxi on the street.
