Download and install the Cigna Envoy® app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Cigna Envoy on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Cigna Envoy"
- The search will reveal the Cigna Envoy® app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Cigna Envoy is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Cigna Envoy.
- Now enjoy Cigna Envoy on PC.
- Using Cigna Envoy on Mac OS:

How to download and use Cigna Envoy App on Windows 11
To get Cigna Envoy on Windows 11, check if there's a native Cigna Envoy Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Cigna Envoy:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Cigna Envoy" » Click "Install" to install Cigna Envoy®
- Cigna Envoy® will now be available on your windows start-menu.

FRUSTRATING AND CLUNKY: NEEDS A LOT OF WORK

In-app photo function for document upload doesnt work with iPhone XR. Have to select photo from files. Make sure you already took those photos because if you swich to camera (or any other app) to take a photo to upload from files, the the app app logs you out almost immediately, dumps all the entered data in your claim, but then saves the now empty claim as "unfinished".
Cant seem to upload more than one document. A second document (and I tried various different formats sizes and documents) is unable to be uploaded.
There doesn't seem to be any way to enter ckaim amount- I guess they get that from document upload- but my bill was in HKG dollars, and I selectedI wanted reimbursement in US dollars. I wonder how that will work.

Not terrible but feels kludgy

After reading reviews, I still installed the app. I was careful to take photos of documents beforehand. Filling out a claim was identical to using the web version. It saved me the step of uploading photos to my computer first, so that was an improvement.
I agree with the reviewer that said the app feels like old technology: no biometric login, had to name the files I uploaded, etc. I also agree that the app could do better.
Nevertheless, I successfully submitted a claim. I guess that’s at least worth 3 stars.

Clunky app, error message after error message!

The concept of the app itself is great. Claims are easy to submit (in theory). With that said, what should be a simple process is made very difficult by the repeated error message. Each step I try to perform typically yields a message that says “We cannot process your request at this time.” If I repeatedly try the same action, it will eventually push through.
Bottom line: this app needs a serious overhaul. I cannot believe after a year of seeing these issues it has not been fixed. It is ruining the app’s entire image!

Old technology

It is obvious it is still using old design philosophy and has not taken advantage of the mobile environment. This makes the app cumbersome but it is still many times better than the website method of filing a claim. Please fix some of the issues I’m sure you know about, like the checkbox for the Agreement, it is so low at the corner of the screen it takes multiple tries to enable to check; if ever, especially for iPhone X and later devices; with full screens.
