Please Fix Bugs

I love this app but one day it just stopped working and I could not open it. I have very important pictures inside of them and would like to still keep and see them. If this bug was fix in this app I would recommend it to others and download it on my other devices.

Works but could be better

UPDATE: since updating to iOS 10.0.1 this app crash when I launch it. Please address this & push an update so I don't lose my pics
UPDATE: I paid for ad removal, each time I delete a file, an ad STILL pops up... What's the use of selling ad removal service if we are going to still see ads?? I want a refund!!

So one. Day I went in and all it did was go back to home screen the sooner you could fix this bug the better I have a b day presantaiin for my friends birthday that her mom asked me to play on their tv all those photos were on here presentation is in a week pls hurry !!!!
