A multi billion company can’t develop a functional app and still went ahead to deploy it ? Big scam of a company, been a customer for 18 yrs but this is my last year with this greedy pigs. You either rebrand with a better management team or better still sell up and go into scam business, that might actually suit your business model.
Most useless app

Can believe this is actually an app, it works as if it’s a site. It’s unreliable and easily affected by network, I can’t even login back after I logged out. It seems like my login password is been reset my DStv cos I alway have hard time to login. This app can’t even save my login details on my iPhone, to make my next login easy.

After recognizing my registration from Ghana and providing a form with Ghanaian preset information I provide information in an elaborate set up incl. cell phone one-time-password confirmation only to discover when I try to login that the app does not permit Ghanaian DSTV users. Why collect all my info then?

Don’t waste your time! After receiving adverts to download this App, spending time filling in all my details, when I finally log in I am informed ‘Not supported in Zimbabwe’. I honestly feel that DStv should stick to South Africans and the rest of Africa should join Netflix! Very disappointing.
