Very cute app however after purchasing app is still locked

This is a very cute app for kids to learn their times table. I went ahead and purchased despite the negative reviews of not being able to use the app . After payment I still only have access to free content when the entire times table 2-9 should be unlocked to me. It would be great if someone from the app app support would reach out and help me. I’ve tried the restore button and delete/redownload but nothing worked.
I purchased the full version but it doesn’t work!!

Im 11 and I haven’t memorized my times tables so I gave this a try but there was only the 2s and 3s there should be I free trial I would have kept it for longer as soon as I saw that I deleted it from my iPad
