You probably want the MyCigna App version!

From all the negative reviews, it looks like the description is not clear who is this app intended for. Your card should say “CignaHealthBenefits” Didn’t work for me either since my the app is not the correct plan. “MyCigna” app worked and is the one that the negative reviewers probably needs.

Personal reference number?

If this app is for specific group with in the the app family, that would be nice to know. There is no personal reference number on my insurance card, there is a group number and an ID number, and neither of those numbers work for access to this app.

How are new policy holders suppose to set up a new account when you don’t give them the options?? I looked all over your website and it doesn’t give me an option to do so... So how am I suppose to a provider that accepts my insurance.

Horrible App

I can access my information from my desktop, but not from iPad app. It says my information does not match their record. Then it begins taking me in circles to change password. Get this piece of crap out of the App Store.
